England Kick Off their World Cup Campaign with Iran

The Three Lions of England will this afternoon kick off their world cup campaign against Iran at the Khalifa International Stadium.

Their quest for major tournament glory will start few hours from now with the believe that the trophy will come home this time round.

Iran are competing on the biggest global stage for the third time in a row but will face an uphill task to overcome the Three Lions who are more determined to win the trophy in Qatar.

English coach, Gareth Southgate is expected to start with his strongest side despite the opposition. Players likely to start inludes; goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, Kieran Trippier, John Stones, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, Declyne Rice, Saka, Mason Mount, Rahim Sterling and Kane.
