Stop Gap Coach Otto Name Squad For World Cup

Interim head coach of the senior national team the Black Stars today named his final 26-man squad for Qatar 2022 world cup.

The announcement which took place at premises of DStv headquarters in Kokomelemele saw the FA president Mr Kurt Okraku and his vice Mr Mark Addo present to witness the live event.

Even though expectations were high for most Ghanaians to see certain players included in the squad but unfortunately their hopes were dashed when high performing players like Jeffrey Schlupp, Joseph Paintsil, Ashimeru and Afena-Gyan were dropped out from the final list.

However, the 26-man squad are made up of the following;

Danlad Ibrahim

Defenders:
Dennis Odoi
Tariq Lamptey
Alidu Seidu
Daniel Amartey
Joseph Aidoo
Alexander Djiku

Andre Ayew
Thomas Partey
Elisha Owusu

Mohamed Kudus
Daniel Kofi-Kyereh

Attackers:
