Latest FIFA World rankings released has shown that the once time Africa best soccer Nation-Ghana, has dropped out of the top 10 countries in Africa football.
The four times Africa champions dropped two places in the latest rankings despite their recent performance in the last FiFA sanctioned matches played in a few days back.
Until the current rankings was released by the World football governing body, Ghana was ranked 58th in World football despite it below average performance at the 2022 FIFA world cup in Qatar.
However, Black Stars are currently ranked 60th in the World and 11th in Africa behind countries like Burkina Faso and Mali who lie 9th and 10th respectively.
Ghana is regarded as one of the power houses when it comes to Africa football but the latest rankings indicate that the one time Africa giant is sleeping and therefore need to wake up before she is overshadowed by minnows like Comoros, Mauritius, Rwanda, Madagascar, Sao Tome & Principe etc.
