
AFCON Qualifiers: Mohammed Maarouf to Officiate Between Angola and Ghana Game in Luanda

Top Egyptian referee Mohammed Maarouf Eid Mansour has been nominated by CAF to Officiate the Angola verse Ghana Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers scheduled for Monday 27, March 2023 in Luanda.
The 37-year old center referee will be assisted on the lines by Ahmed Tawfik Teleb Ali (Assistant Ref 1), Hany Abdelfattah Mahmoud Elsnadidy (Assistant Ref 2) and Mohammed Adel Elsaid Hussein as the fourth official.
Meanwhile, Johannes Jakob Vries from Namibia has been appointed as the Match Commissioner while Celestine Ntagungira from Rwanda will be the Referee Assessor on the match day.
Angola who lies third on the table with 4 points, will be seeking to reverse their 0-1 lost to Ghana in Kumasi some few days back to give them hope of qualifying to the Africa Cup of Nations in Cote D’Ivoire next year.
The match will be played at 11 November Stadium in Luanda at 17Hr GMT tomorrow.
